These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, platforms, services, and websites offered by CattleXpert LLC (“CattleXpert”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including CattleXpert™, ArrivalXpert™, VetXpert™, ProjectionXpert™, and all related software modules, tools, mobile apps, integrations, and support services.
By accessing or using any CattleXpert product or service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using CattleXpert services, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your organization and accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
CattleXpert provides a suite of cloud-based and locally hosted technology solutions designed for the cattle industry, including but not limited to:
- CattleXpert™: Core cattle and management software
- ArrivalXpert™: Intake, processing, and receiving management
- VetXpert™: Health tracking, treatments, and medical inventor
- ProjectionXpert™: Financial and operational forecasting tools
We also offer integration services, support, and training for your team to effectively use our systems.
3. User Accounts and Access
To access our software platforms, users may be required to create accounts. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensuring authorized access within your organization
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
CattleXpert reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
4. Subscription, Payment, and Billing
Most CattleXpert services Fees, billing cycles, and invoicing terms are outlined in your service agreement.
- Payment is due as agreed upon (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
- Late payments may result in account suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with advance written notice.
5. Data Ownership and Use
- You retain ownership of all cattle-related operational data, including but not limited to inventory, health records, and reports.
- CattleXpert may process this data solely to provide and improve services.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without consent.
- Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for research or benchmarking.

6. Software Updates and Availability
We may release updates or improvements to our software products periodically. While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance downtime
- Outages caused by third-party platforms
- Issues resulting from improper client-side configuration or third-party systems
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CattleXpert products or services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access source code
- Upload harmful or unlawful data
- Interfere with service integrity, performance, or security
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All CattleXpert software, documentation, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of CattleXpert LLC. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written consent.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service:
- With written notice per the contract terms
- For breach of these Terms
- If service obligations are no longer being met
Upon termination, access to services will be revoked, and client data will be made available for export (if requested) within a limited time.
10. Limitation of Liability
CattleXpert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss not caused by our negligence
- Integration errors due to third-party software or devices
- Actions taken based on system reports or projections
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 6 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CattleXpert, its affiliates, employees, and contractors against any claims or damages resulting from:
- Misuse of the software
- Violation of these Terms
- Data provided or uploaded by your organization
12. Governing Law
